Danny DeKeyser....
Is looking just as bad for Team USA in the World Hockey Championships as he did with the Red Wings this season. With 6:00 left in the game Germany just scored the go ahead goal after a totally senseless DeKeyser penalty.

Good for Tiffels, though.

Hoping that this past season wast just an anomaly for DK because he. was. bad. I don't know if he was ever going to be good enough to be a 1st pairing guy but he has shown in the past that he's at least a solid 2nd pairing guy. Maybe this past season was just a symptom of being on a very bad Red Wings team, we'll see going forward!

Tbh, they should have let Holland go 2-3 years after Lidstrom retired. He doesn't know how to rebuild a team with younger talent, and he spent the last couple of years trying to keep the streak going. Now he'll use Blashill as a scapegoat for the lack of talent after next season ends.

RE: Danny DeKeyser....
Holland has always gotten credit for building something he didn't build. Jimmy Devalano deserves way more credit. Holland has had virtually no success since the NHL changed its rules.
