I'm gonna ask for FUT's seats if he doesn't renew.
Would you like to know where they are? I can PM you. You are looking at about $1500 for the seats and another $1600 for the donation. I realize that is not real money to a big shot like you but it is more than a small investment for me and mine. Been fine doing so for many years but I am sure as hell not going to feel bad about not doing so this year. It was official when Tubby decided to make it clear he does not think this is a high level program. If that is the case, I am not paying high level prices.
good, man...a game played by 18-22 year olds shouldn't upset you so. It might be a good point to take a little time off to get your stress levels down...you'll live longer.
When I take a break from this place it always takes me a while to remember certain posters. It just hit me that you are the one that always acted like a jr high kid. Keep up the good work.

I don't know about everyone else, but I already feel much smarter with you back. I'd wager my IQ has increased 7 or 8 points, since your return.

"been fine doing so for many years"...... wow, just wow, you were ok with Josh and his final two seasons here of NO tournament play, to go with his stellar 5-26 record against the top 25 and his 2-4 record in the ncaa with NO sweet 16, and not ever finishing higher than 4th in the AAC. You were "fine with putting up the big $ for that crap", But yet Tubby sucks and the players suck (never mind that you have never seen them play) And yet the man hasn't coached in year two. OK well bye bye then.
Thank god we have good fans here to strictly regulate how we should feel

I was not fine with doing so the last two years but it was clear a change was coming and it was just a matter of time. Also, there were still high level players coming on board so things had the potential to break right. I loathed the way Josh coached but he was smart enough to not take down the program publicly or blame the job itself for his lack of success at least until the end when he took a shot at the students. Tubby has coached way more than two years. He has numbers I can reference.
The "you haven't seen them play" thing is lazy. I had not seen Derrick Rose play before he came but I felt safe assuming he was going to be pretty good. I had not seen Jimario Rivers play before he came but I felt safe assuming he would be what he was. A nice role player. I think it is safe to say these JUCOs would be fine role players but that is not what we are asking them to do.
you guys love emojis and laughing at your own "jokes".......odd stuff from "adults".
why are the emojis here then? Go ask the mods. Odd stuff to me is repeating the same argument over and over. But you are free to continue to do it. As for the fact that we haven't seen them play. That is just FACT. I will not critique a player until I have seen him play at least once, but I like to watch a player three times prior to saying he is no good or he is the next Julius Erving. I have not a clue as to what they will be. I seriously doubt they are garbage.
I have seen Lomax several times, after the first time I saw him I turned to my dad and said.....he's the real deal. I then continued to go watch him to make sure. I can speak about the East players because I have seen them play. I haven't seen Ryan Boyce so I wont get on here and say he is awesome. That's just the way I do it. You are free to do it however you want. I personally don't like to judge until I have seen with my own eyes. You have a great day.

I have not critiqued a single player. Not one. I have not made a prediction on how many games we will win next year. Not once. I am simply using historical data to predict future results. I know that is a crazy way to look at things but it is all I got at the moment.

An important piece is missing. We got beat out by UT-K for Darrington despite all our advantages.

Probably the first time we've ever lost a bb recruit to UTK..?

The loss of Tony Harris to UTK was the beginning of the end for Finch. We may have lost Wayne Chisim (sp), but I am not sure about it.
