RE: Anybody watching the Predators?
Tough loss last night. Pekka Rinne lets a couple through that he normally stops, a fluky carom off one of our own guys and I'm not sure how you overturn that first Preds goal. Was that indisputable evidence that he was off sides??? After being down 3 goals at the end of the first period I loved watching them fight their way back into the game.

This has the makings of a terrific series!

Offside review is the worst rule in all of sports. We were far and away the better team for 55 minutes but that's how the playoffs go. Have to get the lucky breaks and bounces and they all went Pittsburgh's way.

Well, was pulling for the Preds but tonight has reminded me why i don't care for NHL hockey. All Nashville wants to do tonight is act like goons. Subban just threw a heck of a punch right to Cosby's head for no reason other than to take him out. So now i am a Pens fan. I know that's hockey but it is crap. It is hard to be a casual fan of hockey because you have to really like that nonsense. That stuff usually goes away once playoffs start but I guess the temptation to take Cosby out is too much.

I don't know what happened to us last night. We turned into the Ducks that we all bitched about last round. It bit us in the ass.

Come back to Nashville for 3-4, get back to Predators hockey and even this thing up.

Exactly. It's like they had to get into that mindset for the Ducks and haven't gone back to what the Preds are. Not good at all. But, Saturday night will still be a heck of a party in Nashville. And, on a positive note, I got to stand next to the Cup yesterday.

Well, since you never leave the house or your computer keyboard, I guess that puts us in the same bucket with Tiger Football, Basketball, Baseball and NASCAR. Pretty good company.

Some of us do not forget so easily how Trashville and the State government actually hindered Memphis' attempt to get into the NFL while working a back door deal to move a team there.

RE: Anybody watching the Predators?
Game 5 tonight in Pittsburgh! I think the Pens have all the pressure on them. They have to defend their home ice and don't dare go back to Nashville down 3-2. I expect them to come out extremely hyped and ready to take it to the Preds. If the Preds can get through the first period not behind by more than a goal I think they can win. Pekka Rinne has got to be on his game tonight! GO PREDS!!

They may suck today, but the came oh so close to possibly winning a Super Bowl in 2000.

Not only did the State of TN screw around with the Memphis NFL efforts, Bud Adams was saying one thing to the ownership group and another behind the scenes. Adams was a big fat liar during that whole process.
