Based on my extensive research
Rice is the most popular team in Mexico City. I spent a week there and saw 2 OER rice caps. I don't think I saw two t-shirts/caps from any other university. We might have a TV audience there we can tap into. Conference expansion? On the other hand, both of those caps looked like they were salvaged, so maybe they're the result of the new branding campaign. People pitching the old R caps to get the new one with the little wing on top ... which I guess was the point after all.
