We rolled out a college sports themed menu last month.

-the "P6" is our regular menu featuring larger than normal portions and the sandwiches are all named after P6 schools so there is the PonyExpress, The Bearcat, The Wolverine, The Golden Knight,The Buckeye, etc.

Then we have basically our $1 menu which we call "The G4" with meal names like "The Little Aztec", "The Red Wolf Special", etc.

Don't order off the G4 menu. I heard they only use low grade meat for those items.

Sadly, that's probably the case at more college cafeterias than just Baylor's. Another reason I was happy to commute.

^ I always get it confused with the Georgia Southern 4 for $4.

The Georgia State was a kiddy meal but we lost too much money on it. Now we call it The Panther and its two celery sticks and a dixie cup of tap water.

What's work? I'm retired and golf several days a week.

Can we get the FAU fruit cup back on the menu for $1.00?

Our burger patties are always frozen, never fresh.

At our last health inspection, they said we weren't up to code to sell fresh fruit. We are working on it though.
