Folks bemoan it, but the MAC has become a football conference.

MAC produces some nice football players.

It sure does. Maybe not that many of them, but there are some that are NFL all-pro talent.

I assume Moton and Hunt will go tomorrow. Moton is a 2nd rounder. Hunt is a 2nd or 3rd rounder.

I'm just not sure where the Ohio players will go.

BTW, once again, a MAC player (i.e., Davis) is selected before a B1G player.

I believe Fisher, Mack and now Davis were the first players drafted from the B1G/MAC states.

I'll be curious where Golladay goes. Might be another Michael Turner situation where he lasts until the 5th round. I think 3rd round makes sense for him. Or early 4th round.

Hunt should be a 3rd or 4th rounder. Mike Roberts a 4th or 5th rounder. Treyvon Hester and Storm Norton 6th to UDFA. Would be awesome to see 3 UT players drafted after so many years of not having a player drafted, despite having so many in the league.

The Lions could do worse than selecting Hunt (3rd), Roberts and Golladay, fourth and fifth.

Would love to see the Lions go for offensive skill players starting at 3rd round.

Fans would kill them if they selected Moton in the 2nd round. OL is a Lions' strength.

I'm a day early on this prediction: Terrell will go higher than most believe (most see him as a FA). I read he had a great pro day and I'm guessing: 6th round. Would make a nice backup QB.
