I didn't find a 3 point percentage, but I found this quote from Jamal's HS coach in an article from the CA...

Q: What does he need to work on?
A: He can still improve his ballhandling, which he knows. His shooting, I don't know that we can improve on it very much, but we're gonna try. Defensively he's a very good player.....

Anyways, I realize this is from the kid's coach (and I'm sure he's biased to some extent), but this doesn't seem to fit the gloom and doom idea that we have no one that can hit a three. Obviously we can't judge purely from a highlight video, but he does look to have a nice shot.
