But that doesn't make any sense as that's not what "sanctuary cities" even are. If you're the victim of a crime, you call 911 or go visit your local police station and they take it from there...even in these cities! They still investigate crimes and prosecute them regardless of the citizenship of the perpetrator. The only thing they don't do is turn over any citizenship issues to ICE when requested.
