The Admintration may need more creative ways to put pressure on Tubby to resign in the event of a disastrous season. I would consider telling him he must make assistant coaching changes - especially his son.

After year 2 there is one number that matters: $9,750,000.00 as that is what the remaining 3 years on Tubby's contract costs to buy it out. Unless he leaves on his own, he isn't going anywhere.

We all better hope this team overachieves next season and some how, some way the recruiting outlook improves for the '18 and '19 classes.

Honestly, I don't know what to expect. I think we'll see a more energized and harder fighting team throughout the year, who listens to the staff. Whether that translates to wins - dunno.
