Men's Basketball Team to Play In Italy this Summer
While it hasn't been officially announced, Blade Columnist, Kyle Rowland mentioned in his Michigan Football Team Italian Trip story yesterday that the UT Men's Basketball Team will be taking a trip to Italy this summer to play some Exhibition Games and tour the country. This trip means extra Summer Practices, Exhibition Games and Team Bonding which provides a great "jump start" to the 2017-18 Basketball Season for The Rockets!

There is a comedian who has a bit about Italians not playing basketball. He say you never hear someone say "Louigi pass the ball!" or "Giuseppe, I'm open!" So is it safe to say we don't come home with a 6'11" power forward from Rome?

Marco Belinelli and Danilo Gallinari(6'!0") are the first ones that pop up in my mind. If UT could grab somebody with that kind of talent that would be ok.

Caseyo Shawini had a nice career over there.
