While I would say he has talent, being a second string player who was going to be used as a situational guy on passing downs would not qualify as one of the best. That said, I hate to lose hm if it happens. But, sometimes a talented player or two has to go to get the team chemistry right. In the end it can make a team better.

Stink, it is a good thing folks gave me a second chance after some of the bonehead things I did when I was young. I would make it very hard to fulfill a series of things to do to come back first, and a notification that if he farts a little too loud from now on that I would have a bus ticket ready for him immediately.

I agree with this. Things get heated at times, and things get said in the heat of the moment. Make him prove he wants to be here and is willing to do the work. Then let him know what his boundaries are to remain a part of the team.

while I agree with you guys en macro.....disrespect and learning the consequences is at the top of my list how lessons should've been taught at the youngest age.....when it escalates to where he's at now.....well, I'll just defer to line 3 and 4 in my sig....

I have zero tolerance at that age level (notice I didn't use "maturity")......that's what's wrong with this country today.....and until people take a hard line position at some point, it will only continue to grow like a fungus....
