Thoughts:

-Randys consistently provided accurate information. Don't need to pin point semantics just to say he's "wrong". Who cares.

-Appreciate the information he provides.

- Don't appreciate the teases. If you're gonna say it, say it. Or not.

-Nobody should ever bring up a board members prospective child who may or may not be on the team. These are people with families. If you weren't able to bring it up in person no reason it should fly here.

Just take a minute to think about that last point. Everybody on the team is somebody's child. You're fine with Randy posting about other people's children but not other posters posting about his?

I don't see what the big deal is. Randy provides some information and I appreciate it. If he gets a little petulant sometimes it's probably because people seem to give him a hard time about it, for what reason I don't know. Even if it sounds immature it can't be worse than other stuff I've seen on here.

Wonder what the coaches would think of the kid then?

I think it's pretty apparent that Randy isn't a parent, but instead someone within the football program. My guess is a player, although I have no guess as to who.

He's a parent. I know who his kid is.

I'm talking about personal shots. Out of context from the nature of this board. Something that has happened quite a bit on this board particularly regarding Randy and his suspected son. If you can't tell the difference I don't know how else to explain it to you.

Give me a break on the..."they are just kids crap". Sack up. If they committed a crime they would be treated as an adult. They are young but not children you *******.
Coddling humans b/c they are athletes is disgusting.

Randy ....keep it real and ignore these baby men.

I appreciate posts from Randy and others who are closer to the program than I am. However, I do think that on occasion things have been shared by more than one poster on this board that should have stayed in the locker room.

If these guys can stay healthy it's really not a bad group. Not a lot proven but loads of potential.

In the WR pic: Jauan Wesley, don't know, Spencer Tears, Andrew Parchment

In the large group pic: Jordan Steckler, Dale Brown, Brayden Patton, Josh Orne, Luke Shively, Corey Lersch, Max Scharping, Ben Leroy, Zeke Gueths, Spencer Tears, Jack Heflin, Jackson Abresch, Christian Hagan

Wonder if we will try and throw an offer out to another One of Todd Peats son who was shown the door at MSU it sounds like.

Intriguing.. He is in good standing academically, been in no trouble considering the things going on there, and has 3 years elgibility.

Quote:"I have respect for them, and I understand it's a business," Peat told the Free Press. "But morally, man, as a 20-year-old kid with a family, for them to do that is -- I can't even put it into words, to be honest."
Sounds like the kid has a kid.........

Now, he said, he is exploring options at other Big Ten and Pac-12 schools and plans to take some visits.

http://www.freep.com/story/sports/colleg...386883001/

Heard he has a Visit set up with Indiana on Wednesday. With the family situation my guess would be that he ends up at Arizona or ASU. Don't see him going MAC though
