It's embarrasing that our top 2 finishing teams got beat by Army. Not P6 material.

Lot of BS being posted on here about Navy. Navy has tradition and a pretty damn good football team (program) and as a Tiger fan, am glad to be in the same conference with them. I just wish we could the hell figure out a way to beat them. Maybe this year on their visit to the Liberty Bowl in good ole Mempho in front of 50 plus thousand blue clad Tiger fans, maybe, just maybe we'll get it done.

I got abused by Connecticut fans for making fun of this debacle. I was actually accused of being a troll. I am still wounded and aggrieved.

Back to NavyHusker's point - Kelly went 2-14 in a league that some pundits said he would revolutionize. Niumatalolo has gone 14-2 in a conference that some pundits said Navy couldn't survive. Who is going to imitate whom?

This reminds me of last summer when a large number of posters here thought Navy would maybe be around .500 because we graduated Keenan Reynolds & lots of starters.

You haven't been keeping up with your reading here...
The dropoff from Worth to Abey > the dropoff from Keenan Reynolds.
We were lucky to beat Houston (Herman-UT distractions), Tulsa (refs), and UConn (Diaco) last year.
We have a low ceiling (granted that's a mwc guy not an AAC poster).
I think this is the year everyone in conference figures out the offense.

I always thought you were BEH. He has a handle for every school on here except for ECU. The "we were lucky to beat 3 AAC opponents" sentence gives it away. No one ever admits to getting lucky when you win haha...
