Both a easy two hour drive to PC Beach and really nice condos for under $100 a day or average/clean hotel for as little as $40 a night...beach front. We spent 5 out of the last 7 Christmas & New Years in Panama City Beach...2 weeks for under $500 total. These rooms rent for $180 up starting next month...that's a night. Spend a week at the beach/fishing/golf (mini golf for me) and drive over on game day.

Can't beat that for a low tier bowl and a lot easier talking the family into using vacation time and money...than Frisco Tx. But so was Miami and why Western had 7+k at that game and only 13 k for a conference championship. Fans...can't figure them out.

For some reason the GMAC bowl was always rainy and cold.

"BINGO! Been saying for a while that this is where the Bahamas bowl needs to be."

Its a state of the art 13,700 seat stadium and the game fills the stadium to about 98% capacity. CUSA has the bahamas scheduled until 2019. Atlantis is right near the stadium and the bowl game gets that hotel filled up.

Bahamas Bowl isnt going anywhere for the time being.

Bahamas Bowl might not be going anywhere but I would bet some of the other bowl games could be on the move.

MAN, that's some Pete Garcia level attendance counting right there.
