Mine were preachers, bootleggers and year-round deer hunters from deep deep in the woods of Lamar and Marion Counties.....

My great grandfather ate fried salt pork every morning for breakfast.....and lived to 90...but he didn't have the "luxuries" of co-colas, fast food, frozen desserts, ice cream etc.....so he derived a lot of his protein from that goldurn salt pork (which I like too, but certainly not EVERY day!04-cheers)

Cajun's Fried Chicken in Gulfport used to make some really delicious chicken livers. I used to eat them until I'd vomit from all the cholesterol.

RE: Football
not really worth starting a thread over...so ill just leave this right here....from the CUSA board.

"Russell Athletic and WKU are parting ways. Russell is also losing the University of Ohio and Georgia Tech. Leaving Southern Miss and Coastal Carolina as the only representatives in FBS football. "

I didn't know Coastal Carolina had an FBS football team.
