Thanks. Same goes for USM. Great game and you handled BainBridge better than any other team this year.

Charlotte completes the sweep with a 12-5 win over MTSU.

Rice takes the broom out of the closet for the first time this season and outscores the Hilltoppers 31-11 over three games.

Now stand at 16-25 (7-11).

I think we can make the conference tourney with 13 wins, but 14 would essentially guarantee it.

If we take 2/3 from UTSA, MT, and UAB, we can afford to only steal one @Charlotte. I put our chances at about 65% of making the tourney.

Charlotte wins its 7th strait! Two weekend sweeps and a big midweek win over ranked ACC Wake Forest. Moves us to second in the conference!

Rice (remember Rice?) with the sweep now just a half game behind 8th place LaTech going into Sunday.

It's also pretty awesome to see 3-4 teams with serious at-large resumes for the 2nd straight year.

And maybe it's just life in a power league but two top 100 teams still trying to get into the conference tournament is not bad drama.

FIU defeats Marshall this morning, 4-3, in a game that was suspended last night with two outs in the bottom of the 9th by fog. The game concluded 1 minute, 9 seconds after its resumption.

The series was played in Beckley. Just another weekend with random cold weather in the mountains.
