Good thing Tubby didn't have Conley, Gasol, and Randolph on his team. One that has made the playoffs for the past seven seasons.

Why should a first time head coach make more than an experienced coach when he's practically receiving on the job training? I really like Fizz and what he's doing for the Grizzlies.

If you go back to the championship runs that Miami had, look at the drawing up of plays of how the used Wade and see a similarity to how they have used Conley in similar situations.

I use to SMH and chuckle when the sports media touted the "mystic" virtues of Phil Jackson's Triangle Offense like it was primarily responsible for the NBA championships and not Jordan, Pippin, Shaq, and Kobe.

Exactly. This is good news. If we can get him out of UNLV without a commit...he's already "not committed" after the Arkinsaw visit. I read an interview that said he would be committing soon - and he could possibly pull the trigger on the spot of a good visit.
