why are we driving back to the 'burg tonight?

that's interesting when nola is a hop, skip, and a jump away....

what would the additional cost be to stay in nola tonight vs the curtis' express cost.....an extra 3k max?

just spit balling, but it seems silly in budgeting inefficiency coupled with travel fatigue issues.....

this thing called "class", would be my best guess.

lol....ever hear about 'road tutoring' and the internet???

run through the timeline....bus leaves GFP at 11:30 p.m....arrives in HBG at 1:00 a.m....bus departs HBG at 2 pm at the latest.....

ya gotta be kidding me.....that's efficient

Nugget, how'd we go from less than a year ago next team up for AAC to no way? Of course next up was subject to Big 12 expansion. Based on your comments the AD is saying we're in CUSA forever so be happy b!tches. The AD may need to stop speaking generally to a select few and start verbalizing his agenda to the masses. Many are becoming frusterated

...that "next up" crap was internet jibber jabber....posted by a couple of so called "media types"....just stupid kids that don't know what is really going on...same as the crap that paddy McGoo posted about a merger....when we were discussing that we both had a good chuckle.

..Some of you all have this Ultimate "hope" that somehow we will get an invite to a larger conference with a paltry 23 million dollar budget..(actually when I spoke that budget number he kind of shook his head back and forth as if to say, "well, maybe not that much") ..every team in cusa has a larger budget than us except la tek...and they may pass us in a year or so.

It ain't happenin cap'tn...something may happen, but that won't be it.

I was sitting about 3 rows behind you and I was confused how 3 umpires on the field couldn't see it bounced over the fence. It hit about 15 feet short of the fence at the beginning of the warning track.

Cox never made a definite call of Guidry's GR double. Made it seem like it was a HR but also said that it could have been off the wall or bounced over for a GR double (which is what happened).

Guidry was rounding the bases as if it was a HR (wasn't there but saw the highlights/pictures), so I'll give him a pass on that one.
