Soft liberals? The militant left is in no way liberal. Many liberals are fighting this SJW/Antifa just as much as conservatives and libertarians are. These "progressives" are regressive because they don't follow liberal ideas while trying to push their social reform and socialism.

Thanks for making my point for me. Who is being blamed for it all? The left in all of it's manifestations. Who is suffering the brunt of it? All those lefties who are really just not that outspoken and certainly not violent, what I call soft liberals. Maybe I'm misapplying the term but the point stands.

In general, liberals have been either ignoring or enabling the antifa people for 15 years.... That means those 20yo morons were 4 years old the last time the dems had a competent and centrist leadership.
This neglect has give the authoritarian left the wheel in democratic politics and has created a real leadership vacuum and an empty bench.
Hell Feinstein and Tom Perez had awful public open meeting in the past week. Perez was run off the stage and Feinstien was accused of not being left enough for her SF constituency.
