Bullet points for Game 2:

* Vince can't be the primary defender on Kawhi. We need VC's offense, wears him out to chase Kawhi.
* Brandan Wright has to play more than 5 minutes in G2. Need his athleticism and length since Pop is playing 2 traditional bigs most of the time.
* ZBo was a -39 in 28 minutes. Scary numbers. Does Fizz limit his minutes in Game 2? Does ZBo have a rebound game?
* Tony Parker 8 of 13 for 18 points. Is G1 Parker's best game of the series? I wouldn't be surprised.
* Does Ennis start over Selden in G2 and guard Kawhi?
* Conley might need to play 40 minutes in G2. Harrison is not the answer, and we don't play again until Thursday.
* JMike 3 points and 1 rebound in 14 minutes, but still +8 in a game we lost by 29. JMike has to guard without fouling and play 30 minutes in G2.
* Pop is determined not to double Marc. So expect Marc to have more assists than the 2 he had in G1. VC and Troy need to hit open shots.

I see a better performance in Game 2, but still not enough for the win. Spurs 98 - Grizz 90.

It was an odd decision. Fizz started Selden and didn't play him on Kawhi as much. Vince is too old to stay with Kawhi. If you are gonna start a rookie, it better be cuz of his defense, and the only wing he needs to defend is Kawhi.

They really like Selden. Hollinger said on the Verno podcast last month that they chose Troy Williams over Selden out of training camp, but in their opinion Selden passed Williams over the course of the season in Iowa. Cyprien worked with Selden a lot in Iowa, and Selden impressed them with his work ethic, and how much his defense improved.

I don't like jam green defending lamarcus alridge. LA has abused jam in recent games. Spurs should go to it more when they get tired of the kawhi scoring option.

Spurs, patty mills in particular, kept missing wide open shots or we'd be down 20-25 points right now. So lucky to be down just 13.

It's sad seeing the Grizz get smashed like this. What can you do though? We've had a good team for a while, but have never been able to add the player or 2 that would take us to the next level. Just blow it up.

The grizz are stuck with this mess of bad contracts with their big 3. Most of the fans on the grizz message board predicted a first round exit before the season started. All of them picked the spurs in 5 or 6. It's no surprise.

Zbo can't carry mike and marc no more. With his decline, you have seen the decline of grit and grind. He has always been our mvp during this run.

Tim duncan retires and the spurs still own the grizz. Not even sure i'll watch the 2nd half.
