we've hit the point where they are having to get creative in order to spend the money... I'm really starting to lose interest in college sports.

TX is rolling in the $$... Between the $30 + M in Big XII and the Long Horn network money is no object.... Easy money for a program like that.

Truth be know a program like TX probably waste more money than what we received annually from the AAC!! Crazy.

It's down right scary comparing income from P5 to non P5 schools!

Just shows the importance of getting into a P5 conference ... Just think what that kind of money could do for all of the Tiger programs ...

$10,500 on new lockers, per locker? Doubt many (most) of the P5 schools could afford to do that. Texas money is crazy off the charts, and yet their football has sucked over the past few years. Nothing like amateur sports. Go figure.

Wasn't our recruiting class higher ranked than theirs this year? I think some of this is getting lost on kids. Once you have seen one fabulous facility you have seen them all. Players wanna play, that's their highest priority. I don't mean to minimize all the stuff but if your a TX fan you have to wonder when does all this pay off with actual wins.
