There is no winning.

The majority of the worlds nuclear deterrence is on submarines. Even if they took out our land based silos we would launch a counter attack with our subs. They know this. Any nuclear war between the USA and Russia would end human life as we know it. As Einstein said the 4th world war will be fought with stick and stones.

They can't match our subs and they can't match our stealth bombers.

They have always had bigger explosives because they couldn't match our precision.
