NU vs. CofC
NU end the weekend with a 6-3 win over CofC to sweep the series.

Starter Brian Christian upped his record to 5-0 on the season (7 IP, 4 H, 3 R, 3 ER, 3 BB, 6 K's).

At the halfway point NU is 9-3 in the CAA.

Huskies play a non-league series, hosting NYIT for a 4-games series next weekend.

RE: NU vs. CofC
I saw this from the live weekly chat on D1 Baseball.com ...

Comment From Dan
Is northeastern the team to beat in caa

Aaron Fitt:
I suppose you'd have to say that they are, after sweeping College of Charleston this weekend. Sitting at 9-3, all alone in first place in the standings. I really like that Northeastern bullpen, feel like that gives them an edge in tight games. Call me stubborn, but I cant shake the feeling that UNC Wilmington will eventually go on a run and win that conference tournament, but right now the Seahawks havent done anything to merit that kind of faith, and the Huskies are playing good baseball.

I kind of have to agree on UNCW. Having the tourney in Wilmington makes them still big theat.

CofC, Elon, W&M and Delaware will be factors too.
