Wow, they didn't pull any punches on Tubby either. That is just terrible for all of us.

Seems like he can't get a break, and they can't let this go. They have to let this go. Look! The Lawson's are long gone. So is everyone else that has transferred.

Yeah kinda sad for all involved, young fella let his emotions get the best of him. I hope this will put the whole ugly mess behind Tiger nation and we can move on.
We gotta Stripe up !!! for new guys regardless. The New Fella's are going to need our support even more. I was not super excited by the Tubby hire, and that is not disrespect just being honest. They will be representing MEMPHIS TIGERS !!! I am willing to give Tubby some breathing room and it will be what it is.
I had such high hopes for the Lawson's , Dad and both son's. I hope the Tiger Family and the Lawson family can turn the page on this story. GO!! TIGERS!!!

Ha, just finding out about this. Pretty stupid thing to do, but he's young and not our problem now.
My first thought was the video when Tubby met the players for the first time. They basically said FU to him that day when they didn't get up and shake his hand.
So sick of the dependence on prima donna recruits. Sick of all the people that come along with them too. I'd just like to have players that want to be Tigers. I don't care if we are even good. Just one season where everyone put the team first and we didn't have to hear BS about whether they might leave.

Honestly I would pay to see less talented kids that want to be here and play hard before the AAU all star team that tanked games because daddy's feelings got hurt. In fact a full FEF would send a msg across the country that we are embracing integrity over winning at all costs.

Eff the Lawsons, they were a cancer regardless of their individual abilities. I said early on they weren't going to be program savers and they weren't. The author of this article is all over the place too, first praising Tubby for refusing to play second fiddle to daddy Lawson and then he's raked over the coals for refusing to play second fiddle to daddy Lawson. Someone needs to make up my mind.

So how do you explain the other 4 players from this team who did not want anything to do with Orlando next year.

So, it was all on the players with clownshoes, now its all on Tubby. Convenient.

1. Crawford left because the team was decimated and have no hopes for NCAA tourney. I think everyone here thought it was a good decision
2. Randall was unhappy about playing time (almost none with a short roster)
3. Chad, look at his injury history
4. Keon, dad has brain tumor. But, this is the only one that surprised me at all
Good enough?
