ORU fired Scott Sutton after a couple of unsuccessfull seasons. But those unsuccessfull seasons began when a new President took over the University. Before that, Sutton had a a great record at ORU. What happened?

Turns out the new President imposed a religious test on whether recruits could be offered scholarships, Sutton complied with the new rules, and guess what- ORU's record went straight to the toilet. I cannot imagine that the Missouri Valley Conference will want anything to do with what ORU basketball has become!
