Crawford Wants Out - Transfers
"Markel Crawford announces on 92.9FM that he's leaving Memphis and will pursue graduate transfer opportunity at another school."

Per Mark Giannotto tweet.

I wish him the best of luck. He deserves a chance to play for a school with legit NCAA prospects.

I agree, good luck to him. It's his last chance.

Nah. They're just looking for another reason to whine and cry.

I attribute much of it to a Napoleonic Complex. Little man syndrome on full display. Trump hands.

Look at the bright side. This would be a great time to land on probation.

He made some interesting comments, said this time around he would spend more time getting to know the coach before committing and that the most important thing would be finding a coach he could trust. Not sure if this was in reference to Josh or Tubby, I'm leaning towards Josh.

He showed a lot more class than KJ Lawson did on his way out.

He wouldnt be able to play with the Lawson's. He has one year left and the Lawsons are sitting out.

Plus, didnt Markel and KJ dislike each other?

We just lost our 3 best players in a matter of days, and one of "Tubby's guys" and are replacing them with sub 50 recruiting class. How many transfers is that now since Tubby arrived? Ya, that is just looking for reasons to why and little man syndrome. Keep beating your chest from that high horse...

Yep, those cancers were so bad they went to Kansas.

LOL. Let's see where Markel ends up.

If you had only used "its" you would have achieved message board perfection.

Transfers is the new it thing....

You can sit around and cry about it as though it only happens to your team

OR

you can be patient and see which transfers Memphis will get. If you don't like duck-duck-goose culture in collegiate sports, write the NC two A a letter....
