The kid's name is spelled Clergeot. Tubby recruited the kid @ TT. The kid followed Tubby here to Memphis. Wish the kid well as we continue rebuilding. Some can't even spell the kid's name correctly but are eager to pour gasoline on what they perceive to be fire. What do fans of the university want to have a winning program or remain as another Irrelevant G5 program? Clergeot was a great kid but he was a liability on defense. Tubby has been a head coach for over 40 years; I'm sure he can evaluate talent. The media clearly are anti-Tubby, which is clearly disturbing. I will continue to support our coaching staff and the decisions they feel is best in terms of building a winning program and not listen to a bunch of so called keyboard experts on a message board. Actually Tubby DID pull a Calapari. He used TT money and resources and took a signed player to his new school.
