1. Denver Broncos (grew up overseas a lot, Elway got a ton of play when American football was played on TV)

2. UC football (hard to believe this is true considering the state of the program when i was at UC (95-00. Best CFB experience is when we beat Wisky (R. Dayne was unstoppable) at Nippert and rushing the field and helping tear down goal post)

3. UF football (HS friend was recruited and played for Spurrier. Won a 'chip down there. This was all before UC had a relevant FB team, and i wanted someone to watch on Saturdays. Not to mention UF was exciting af, and i HATED watching dry a s s Big Ten tilts of Iowa v. Purdue)

4. Atlanta Hawks (loved watching D. Wilkins play as a kid)

5. UC basketball (back when i was in school this woulda been where UC football is. The overall degradation in quality of play in CBB has really sapped my interest in the sport. I find it pretty hard to sit through a CBB game nowadays...and that's for the exciting teams. Factor in our style of play/ skills/ coaching ineptitude and our games can be even more challenging.)

UC Football

Everything else is casual interest. Although I would say I want UC to win in other sports more so than I want the Reds, Bengals, etc. to win. I also root extremely hard for Ohio State to lose every week but I don't think that was the intent of the OP.

When I was a kid I loved baseball and of course the Reds, but I just don't follow them much now except to check the standings once in a while or watch part of a game. I just can't watch or listen to an entire baseball game any more.

I follow UC baseball and go to a few games a year, but it would be nice if they could win a league title or conference championship. They are competing in a tough league and seem to be getting better, but they need more consistency.

Nope. Mom was an IT project manager and insisted on taking international assignments whenever she could find one.

Did spend some years in Manila tho. This was back when we still had Clark AFB, and a naval base as well. So, I would get to see a good amount of Football since there was a station on-air for Americans via the Armed forces network.

Had plenty of friends who were either kids of military, or State Department, so i know that life of military brats.

Other than that...I was on my own to find American sports on TV in other places we lived.
