13. Top scorers. You mean they have 13 guys who score regularly...or 13 that scored in the tournament. 13 is so many that it's a foreign idea, I don't get the specifics of what that means.

Top 13 scorers...that means everybody is coming back. Only 13 schollys in NCAA. Unless one of the 13 was a walk on.

I know what you're saying. Still, having a better conference is usually better for all members.

Great basketball addition for the conference. Us and UCONN have to get back on track and this would be an excellent basketball conference.

Glad to see it finally happen. This should have been a no-brainer since the AAC was formed to complete the Navy membership. This now makes our best conference affiliation for BB since the Metro. I'd like to see the AAC add VCU & Dayton too. And I'd like to see our program get back to form & COMPETE!

Well we did get some good regional finals.

The Tigers are SOL. I wonder if we'll be the kind of team that might sneak a win because we are such a gimme. Almost everyone will be our Superbowl.

If so (& I don't think we are that bad...yet), at least we will get to play some good teams since we won't be in the tourney. And it's a better loss than CBU or Monmouth.

The Great Midwest was still better than today's American.

Back then DePaul was good, Marquette, Cincinnati, Memphis State, UAB, St Louis

Top to bottom GMC was just as good as AAC even with THE SHOCKERS

GMC was better but it shouldn't be better.

And definitely better than a CUSA as some were claiming yesterday. It has the potential of also being the 2nd best non P5 every year.

Maybe, you need a lot of work from 4 of the 6 right now.

Spending a lot of money to make over the Hoffheinz Center, to be re-named the Fertitta Center. A remnant of their Big 12 push.
