Allow the military planners to do their job, offer good solutions, and then have them execute it. Thats all it takes. They know what they are doing, and have looked at stuff from all angles.

When we get screwed up is when someone decides to go rogue or think they are the smartest person in the room.

I'm curious to see if Iran tries to test Trumps resolve by sending gunships towards US naval ships. I'll bet the the Navy has orders to obliterate them if they try. No more taking Naval personnel prisoners and embarrassing the US.

Not only was this a message to Assad. It was a message to China to get their unruly dog under control. It reminds me of the bombing of Gaddafi in Libyia back in the 1986. It was a clear message that his misbehavior would no longer be tolerated. The quick and decisive action leads me to predict we wont be tested a lot over the next 4 years.

I am reading in some forums that the Kremlin was alerted before the attack. Is that true ?
