Piss and moan for the next 7 months. New season starts. Win some, lose some. Piss and moan for 7 months. Rinse repeat.

at the South Regional here at FEF, Tubby and BAM were talking and tweeting about how every Tiger game next year should have that type of atmosphere

How long before this really happens? I'm betting next April if we're below .500.

ALL depends on the 2018 recruiting class......

If Tubby muffs a third straight class he'd be dumb to stay and take what would be coming his way.

What will be coming his way is $3.25M per for the last two years.

Just my opinion, he'll be willing to take what comes his way for that kind of scratch.

Maybe, heard the Ouchita Baptist coach is a hell of a recruiter.

I protest the current state of our basketball program just as I did during the later parts of Pastner's tenure here - by stuffing my face at Arby's.

Ousting another coach isn't going to help matters.

Ousting a coach that doesn't want to work will help. Tubby doesn't want to work. He doesn't want to recruit. He just wants a check. There are plenty of coaches that would work for under 1million that would come here and work their tail off. Steve Forbes being one.

That should be the AD then. Why isn't anyone calling for Bowen's head and/or the President of the University? Tubby is a direct report of the AD. AD is a direct report of the President. Folks need to be held accountable if what you are stating is true ... all I have seen is media reports and well, I don't take them all that seriously as some of their stuff is blown out of proportion.

I mean... A Fire Rudd thread is posted. This is a MULTI million dollar mistake on his (or Brad Martin's) part.

Tubby has shown no interest in bringing Memphis back to where it needs to be. He wanted one more paycheck before retirement, and we (foolishly) gave it to him. This is the worst kind of dumpster fire. Cut the cord already...

Given the continuing and rapid dissolution of our program under Tubby, I understand fans not buying season tickets or attending games - although I am not ready to join them, yet.

The best way to "protest" would be to offer to buy out his contract.

Those of us who aren't prepared to do that are probably better off supporting our team and coach.

You may have a point.

I have a feeling the protest will once again be butts in the seats...or lack thereof.

Unless Tubman pulls some recruiting rabbits late.

Plenty of high level and/or DI experienced grads on the market.

Several top 100 HS kids till on the market.

Some high-ranked JCs still on the market (including the top-ranked PF from the NJCAA national champs).

Etc.
