I dunno, I was worried that the weather today might have resulted in the total loss of the facility

There is definitely glass and brickwork on the north side of the building facing 6th Ave ( I think that's the street) , which I saw Monday morning.

You need to worry about the Stadium Certificates

What is the progress on the grass practice field? Can't see that through the cam.

I would think last. Most likely being used as a lay down area due to lack of space. Then you will see the old offices demoed after the lockers are taken out (Still new) and then the sand volleyball fields.

The lockers are out...they are currently being retrofitted by the company in Pelham that originally made them, to accommodate the requirements of their future expanded location.

When will the new offices/facilities/practice fields all be ready for operation??

The target date is July 1st.
