Seat Cushions with compartments - So is this outlawing those nicer seat cushions that fold up via velcro and have a shoulder strap that Snoozys sells?

SMU started this 3 years ago due to insurance company concerns. Will be the norm across the country soon

So I can't bring my dog and video-tape him as he bounces helium filled balloons and inflated balls while smoking an e-cigarette and on rollerblades.

Let's make it even MORE unpleasant for people to come to Legion Field by outlawing every possible means of improving uncomfortable seats, providing basic child care, protection against inclement (or exceedingly sunny) weather, and bringing reasonably priced food or beverage for when our concession stands run out (or fail to open)! That will bring the families running to the games in droves!"

Is anybody going to be enforcing any of this though? It's always been quite simple to walk in with a small bottle of liquor.

Theirs always a way. Bring what you need and leave what you don't. For instance to get this you have to do this. Be Safe and shouldn't be no problems good intentions go along way. Bad Don't.

The diaper bag is the only thing that really gets me. I mean, there needs to be some common sense regulation there. You want families to come to a three hour game without needing to change a diaper or feed a baby? I know it's a pain, but if you are concerned about it, have a special entrance where you are checking diaper bags for the other prohibited items.

One of my favorite pics of me and my son is at his very first Blazers game at Legion Field with me holding him standing next to Blaze. Wouldn't have been possible under these regulations.

In 2011 I watched a sorority girl get turned away for having a tiny Sony camera, the size of a deck of cards, and no pockets. The level of idiocy with all things about Legion Field knows no bounds.

The girl from the NAS told me if they want to "Host" a tent party at LF, that they have to use Legion Field as the caterer and that a case of beer is $104, FOR BUD LIGHT. And that pricing is representative of the gouging for all things.

These new rules fall within the standards being implemented at most large football stadiums nationwide.

I know the SEC & ACC schools went to this at the start of the 2016 season.

For those complaining, you can avoid all this by watching ESPN 3. Or you can go to the game and follow the rules.

If you need more than a 12x12x6 bag (12x12x6 = 3.7 gallons) worth of supplies to support your child for 3 hours maybe you shouldn't take them to a football game

In other words, bring nothing. Gotcha.

There appears to be a reason the NAS moved its hospitality tent to campus for home games. They used to set up outside Gate 5 on the west side, but you had to consume all food and drink you took on premises since you were not supposed to take anything into the stadium. Of course some were tempted to sneak both f & d into the game in their pockets.

Clear gallon sizes Ziploc bags will be available at the tailgate for anyone who needs one.
