On a somewhat serious note, I may have to strategically move my football seats adjacent to the club section so I can pay off a club patron to pass beverages over.
I'm pretty sure someone told me THIS was the real reason they didn't want drinks in the seats. Can't remember who that was, but that's what I was told!

Maybe JMU can build a wall at the border between Club Seating and the rest of us degenerates. Pretty sure I've seen Alger and Bourne (they must both be mentioned...it's JMU Fanhood Law) claim they are going to make us degenerates pay for the wall too.

BFS club seats now featuring alcohol consumption in their seats
Someone is going to pass drinks over the wall and ruin the fun for everyone. Enjoy it while it lasts!

No worries. We degenerates are skilled at digging tunnels anyway. Silly administrators and their wall building.

Here's a 2015 article from Saturday Down South with a Beer Map outlining who sells alcohol at CFB games... https://www.saturdaydownsouth.com/sec-fo...ling-beer/
It is perhaps a bit misleading though. My alma mater, Georgia Tech, (not on the map) has a club level similar to JMU's where 2 alcoholic beverages come with the ticket price. It isn't "sales" meaning you can go up and buy as many as you'd like so the definition must be taken into consideration.
It is true that 2 alcoholic beverages are included with each club ticket, but you are able to purchase additional drinks beyond those 2. So, yes, you can actually buy as many as you like ... up through the end of the 3rd quarter.
