Ncaa had to clear him to play on the Costa Rica trip. If not Western might get slapped for it. The reason Moustapha Diagne (6'9) did not play on that trip, he was waiting for the NCAA to clear him. Robinson Idehen another 6'9 player who was enrolled during the summer is no longer enrolled at Western. He had till 4pm today to do that.

So not only did Western lose the guard, we lose a inside player, Robinson Idehen, is no longer on the team. As far as I heard Moustapha Diagne is still not cleared to play.

So gain 1 and lose 2, maybe 3 players

I would rather had the shooter and Robinson Idehen. Both players that would be at Western next year. Maybe, depending on how easy their classes were. Getting Moustapha Diagne cleared is a key to this season ...

As it stands today Western only has 1 player over 6'5 coming back next season. Marek Nelson a freshman and only 6'6.

So at the end of the day.... How does the recruiting class look??

Looks like a top ten class in the country. It was a wild and crazy ride, but it's still a top ten class.
