So it's OK for females to cover their face in makeup. To cover their lips in lipstick. To cover their eyes in eye shadow and liner. But it's not OK for this guy to do exactly the same. The only difference..

Well there's not any. The law might argue that the female is not changing her looks. But I think it's safe to say that is not true....most of the time a female is a lot different without the goop

Isn't a transgender male doing exactly what this guy did? They are putting on a mask to change they way they look. I wonder what would happen if they got arrested.

He was charged with the same thing both of the below are doing the only differene is one is wearing white makeup the below aren't but their faces are completely covered and so are the eyes and lips and they are wearing wigs
