And guess what? It was better than Obamacare and saved 300 BILLION! And that was the CBO which tends to underestimate these things.

And you weren't stuck with Ryancare. In fact the plan was that was just the first phase. And if the Republicans get 60 seats in the Senate in 2018, they can make lots more changes.

The old dangle the carrot on the string trick. Tell America there is a three step process, and they needed to suck down awful step #1 now in order to get to steps 2 and 3 later. Then, Ooops, we couldn't get steps 2 or 3 done. Sorry.

Saying no was leading. If he wants it easy, and "yes" for a **** bill was the easy way, good riddance. Going along is NOT leading.

Was being a member of the caucus preventing him from voting yes if he so desired?

Yes. He had to vote with the gang he joined. 05-stirthepot

He joined the Democrats?

That sorry caucus was his gang. And he openly admits their hostile motives. Said today that they were setup to be an opposition group. He left because it was cool to be the opposition to Democrats, but it didn't feel right being the opposition to the Republicans. Mindless fool. So he joined the swamp.
