I just want a coach who can recruit the best locally, and recruit studs outside of the area too

there are some coaches who could do the above for $500K per year

when we pay a coach $3 MILLION per year, well, what can I say

Calkins did not scare anyone off, his radio partner did.

Yeah. Lapides was at least just as instrumental to nuking the Drew hire, if not the primary mover in the media. He was just doing it on the radio so there's not a nice article to link to.
