We don't have an opening now, but I just wonder if he would consider it. I figure he will find plenty of spots a little further up the food chain.

Who is JT3? You're going to have to speak the kind a of English that some of us dumber ones can understand.

If you're speaking of coming to the Razorbacks, I'd say no. Don't think most schools would want to hire a fired coach. I know his daddy had a darn good record at Georgetown, but what did he get fired for, losing? What kind of record did he have? I suspect he got the job because of his name, and he wasn't exactly a chip off the old block. Kind of like Wes Flannigan isn't exactly a chip off the old coaching block evidently.

You don't keep up with college basketball very well. JT3 was very successful at Georgetown for several years until the last couple or so. Didn't ever make it to the Championship game like his Dad, but won a lot! He will surface at some good job in the future. He's an excellent coach.

I actually was thinking about Little Rock, or somewhere equivalent. I figure he can land somewhere a little farther up the food chain.

You're right, I don't keep up with college basketball much beyond the Trojans and the Sun Belt. I watch a few games that sound interesting. Don't have a game on every night. Don't watch NBA at all since Fish retired. I do watch a lot of local high school ball. I've heard of his dad of course, and even him, but I don't keep up with any of it enough to be able to decipher who the hell JT3 would be.

That is the shorthand the media uses.

Georgetown is obviously not the "name" it used to be and, likely, still is for most on this board. Doubtful they will ever get another Patrick Ewing or Allen Iverson and, if they did, they would only stay a year unlike Patrick who stayed for 4. The name "Georgetown" means nothing to anyone under 35 or so, and certainly not to any recruitable players.
