If there is in fact evidence that Obama ordered this, we need an independent investigation to get to the bottom of this.

But the dems are not in power. The republicans are. Trump has already asked the Congress to look into this.

Congress can easily come up with their finding or simply ask for an independent investigation.

Why haven't they done either of these things?
