This seems like it's pretty damn close to a call to action, and thus not protected by free speech.
Yea, this seems like an incitement to violence... and thus is an appropriate use of Hate Speech laws. Mis-gendering someone isn't hate speech like Canada would like to think.

I don't want to think of it like this... Calls to action and incitement of violence are crimes in their own right. Not "hate crimes".
