Supreme Court voted 6-2 (ultralibs Ginsburg and Sotomayor dissenting on the limits of presidential power) that Obama could not bypass the Senate in appointing members of the National Labor Relations Board. The court upheld a lower court ruling.

If Hillary was elected, it could be 5-4 the other way in a few years. Let's be glad the democrats are too stupid for their own good.
