RE: LaTech thread
You use anyone and everyone you have to beat a very good, highly rated conference opponent. Period.
You use 'whoever is left' against a non con mid week opponent that isn't highly rated, no matter what their name is. Period.
Solid coaching this weekend.

I don't think so....this team seems pretty dadgum focused....
the bbcor rule change coupled with a plethora of talent, has Berry not second guessing to date....small ball is dead....
this team is good from top to bottom....only the full season will spell how it holds together....
I'm optimistic...

Agreed.
Still some concerns in the starting rotation though.
There will come a time when the team goes through an inevitable slump at the plate. Will the weekend starters be good enough for us to eek out a few like that? Jury is still out, imo.

IMO, that's baseball. We have talent on the mound and at the plate. When our pitching has faltered, our bats have picked up the slack and the other way around. Will there be times when pitching underperforms along with hitting? of course. You just have to hope that those times are slim to none. So far we have been able to offset the two when needed. gotta love baseball.

IMO, hockey and baseball are the last two standing with full credibility relative to the bow-shite-for-brains=ties....it's a shame this town can't field athletes to the former (meaning hockey is not available for the dense)

Big fan of lacrosse (and hockey) myself. Surprised it isn't more popular in the deep south. It's like hockey, but without the necessity for terrible weather.

Lacrosse is growing in popularity, just slowly. Too hot for hockey.
