Rice baseball players in MLB
Seems like we have one of these threads every year to discuss guys in spring training.
I found this mlb.com article on Tony Cingrani to be quite humorous, particularly the part about throwing a weighted baseball. Coach Graham tells a story about Roger Clemens when he was at San Jac throwing a weighted baseball. I believe the story is that Coach Graham threw the weighted ball over a nearby fence, gave Clemens an actual baseball, and told him to just throw the real baseball.
Of course, that was many years ago, perhaps the OG has softened his stance on weighted baseballs?

I can only imagine the colorful language in that conversation......

From Deadspins's post today about the Red Sox...
Samer Kalaf Wrote:Brock Holt will fit in here somewhere. You’ll stop paying attention for two minutes during a game and catch up to find out that he played shortstop, moved to catcher, and compiled an inning of relief.
