Davis was introverted. He sent Marsh to give the scouting reports in the green room.
He had a lot of issues some apparently everyone but me knew about, and I knew MD on a different level, kids like him, parents like him, you met him, you like him, say what you want about Davis, no personality, bad recruiter, bad actor, but if you say he wasnt a good xo coach, you dont know what you are talking about.

Davis is obviously a good coach. At UAB he won nearly every game he was supposed to win. The problem was he lost too many that he wasn't supposed to win. Does that make sense?
He always seemed to get the most out of his players and they would play hard. It was fun to be a fan as UAB won games at home and played tough on the road.
