But, see, I might save $100 on a ticket. Heck, Memphis has hosted events for years and I've never seen a red cent of that money come my way. And, really, who can put a price on Avery?

Good thinking.

Go Avery!

No but lowest priced now are $1068 a pair for ANY Club seats. Great deal for someone. I can list them with no selling fees and make some money but I would like to see a true basketball fan take his son/daughter or spouse at somewhat affordable price and it doesn't cost me anything. They will go quick. Have them cross listed in a few places for a Tiger fans.

No thanks. If went I'd just get angry at seeing good basketball.

That's not right-ask my buddy Kevin Kane.

5 million --is that net the city gets? not that it matters...just wondering.

Duck Pecking Order

UNC gets the Peabody
KY gets the Beale St Westin
UCLA the DoubleTree
Butler, the Sheraton

"North Carolina stayed at the 450-room hotel during its last appearance in a Memphis regional, on its way to a national championship. “In 2009, when North Carolina was in the Sweet 16, Roy Williams was honorary duckmaster.”

Hail duckmaster..he's master of the ducks
he knows which to love and which to pluck.

Got to meet Roy in the peabody lobby yesterday and he was a great guy. Asked him about the duckmaster and he said for sure was doing it.

Might have had on my tarheel hat.

Anyone else going to go after the UK/ UCLA game and try to get tickets for Sunday? The losing team usually goes home and tries to get rid of their session tickets. Better than paying face value.
