I knew men's baseball wore UA. Had no idea the women wear Nike because I just don't follow women's sports. Pardon me.

When the russell deal was signed the girls had one year left with nike. At the end of that mcgillis was the ad. jlm asked if possible not to go with russell. McG told her she didnt have to switch if she didnt want to. So the girls stayed with nike.

...annnnnd here we go again with kids making a decision on a school offering a scholarship based on whether the Jersey has a swoop, UA, R, adidas lines, or even an air jordan jumpman on it.....which by the way Nawth Caroline Football just signed a contract with...yes, the football team will wear Air Jordan (jumpman 23) apparel. .........or any of the other over 200 brands of sports apparel in the world............yes yes, I'm certain that when it comes down to making a decision on attending a University this is of the utmost importance to kids and their family.

The women's basketball team wears Nike, the men's baseball team wears UA, the football team wears Russell and the USM fans and students wear SEC schools clothing.

I finally clicked on this thread.....pure win!

WKU announced today that they are parting ways with Russell. Also the main CUSA message board said that both Georgia Tech and Ohio either have left or are in the process of leaving Russell which means that Coastal Carolina and USM are the only FBS football teams wearing Russell.

**edit** Coastal is now UA so next year it appears USM will be the sole team in Russell for FBS
