There's no way a 3rd game gets played. We're supposed to get 2 inches of snow tonight, and rain all day before that.

We're better than the monstrosity that was game 1. We're 9-6 overall, but 5 of our 6 losses have been absolute blowouts. Coaches didn't help matters in game 1 by throwing 3 guys in the pen who will never make our conference roster at the end. We played the odds we couldn't score 7 on your staff, took our lumps and moved on to game 2 and played for a split. This time, it worked.

USM pitching gave up single runs in the first 2 innings of Friday's game and then proceeds to throw 25 straight scoreless innings.

Going back to midweek vs UNO, USM has pitched shutouts in 3 of its last 4 games. On the season pitching has allowed 2 runs or fewer in 8 of the 15 games. I just hope we can keep that going next weekend at La Tech but I seriously doubt that'll happen

I'm watching ODU spank West Virginia 6-1 in the cold bottom of the 8th on CUSATV. WVU is burning up some pitchers.

Louisiana Tech vs Arkansas State Game 3 officially cancelled due to weather. Team tweeted they will try to find an opponent to make up the missed game at some point later in the season.
