I started coming here to follow Tiger sports since I don't live in Memphis. Same for ETSU, since I don't live in the tri-cities any more. I haven't posted or read anything on ETSU's message board in months, because most of them are idiots. The Memphis board has really gone down hill in the last 6 months.

You do realize that Canis Majoris is no longer the largest star. UY Scuti is considered to be the largest observable star to date.

It is a cool chart. The largest star question came up in Trivia one night and most of whom had an answer said Canis Majoris. I like the comparison for kids using the passenger jet flying at 600 MPH. Without having to refuel, around earth it would take 47 plus hours, around our own sun it would take 6.5 months, and around Canis Majoris it would take 1100 years. Meal service optional.
