Nice effort...
against a more talented team. And they have everyone back except Wright. GaSou will have everyone back. AppSt is young. GaSt will be talented, as always. I'm sure UTA will be tough once again. Hope Wes can pull some rabbits out of the hat on the recruiting trail. I'm high on Reedus. Watkins should be a high level player in the Belt. Oliver will continue to improve. Burns will be a solid player. But we need a difference maker, like Wright or Miller. We saw what a difference a star, like Josh, could make. Maybe, Watkins, an ACC signee can be that guy. We also need a banger, like Roger, which we were desperately missing this season. Don't know if the guy from the Mississippi Juco can be that guy.

Overall, the league is getting better and better. 13th in the RPI. When the 12 seed, can beat a team that was one shot away from being the 2 seed you have a pretty deep league. Looking forward to next season already, although the ladies still have a tournament to win.

Looking for another bad year are you? Maybe Wes can pull that rabbit out of the hat. He could be a magician, because he damn sure isn't a head coach.

RE: Nice effort...
I expect us to be competitive in the league, like we almost always are. Winning it is a different story- But whether we win or lose, I'll be at every game enjoying the comforts of the Stephens Center. Every time I walk in, I'm appreciative and think about how far this program has come from the days of playing in a fairground's barn. Still have to pinch myself because I never thought my dream of playing in a first class on campus facility would ever come true.

Listen, we took a big step backwards this season, but it wasn't back to the 4-win level that we had once. I have no idea if Wes can coach at this level. But he will get his chance. His pedigree was solid. Any coach ought to have three years to get things going. Then, if it isn't where it should be,
